Clusters of connected dots
Loving Coitus, Split Personality, Pavlov's Dog or Prehuman vs Human, Intellect vs Clarity, Sentience vs Stupour, Peer Pressure vs Self-respect, Aberrations, Perversions, and Obsessions as opposed to Love and the noble characteristics, and the desire to content ourselves dealing with superficial issues ad nauseam rather than confront the single, complex issue far beyond the ken of an animal that holds us back from becoming a mature Sentient Race.
The list begins to tell the tale all on its own: It's complicated. It's a big step for a race that considers itself hopeless and helpless. A race that has zero confidence in itself. It cannot be unraveled in 288 characters as long as we turn away from clarity. It will take a race that is willing to think.
The funny thing about it all is that, once we gain our Sentience in full, it will be easy as pie to see the landscape of the whole panorama, both prehuman and Human rather than continuing to work our way up the pecking order of insanity that has been maintained over the millennia through fictional works and the inertia of the animal.
I just thought it would be worthwhile to list the big items that caught my attention over a lifetime. It took a lot of thinking to reach this level of clarity. I can only hope there are a few others that are willing to think it through.
The stupour is continuing to lose its grip
John Mayer states it so well, when he mentions a "quarter-life crisis". The 'mid-life' crisis is now progressing to a 'quarter-life crisis'. The realization that something is wrong (coitus) is accelerating as should be expected for a sentient race. It now comes much earlier in life. "Am I living it right?" is another great line in the same song by John Mayer. Batten down the hatches and accept what your miserable ancestors handed down to you is the way I would put it. That is what we have always done, so far.
While the realization continues to progress, we are still off in the weeds, making excuses rather than facing up to the truth. What I bizarre time to be alive. I really wish we could have gained clarity about a century ago.
Honour thy ancestors. Yeah, right, and let their delusions persist. I give them a particular finger.
Against every effort created by mad Pavlov's Dog, the human race is maturing into its madness, so far, not its Humanity, as the realizations of the situation begin to take hold. Until it is done, we will continue to tear the race of Humanity apart.
Pattern analysis
I finally realized that all of the things I've mentioned, like rhoetry, walking, looking right while gazing left were all ways for me to refine my pattern analysis ability in order to bring clarity into focus regarding what is wrong with humanity after spending most of a lifetime observing the mess we call the human condition and I call the prehuman condition. Alot of it is a matter of bypassing the script we have followed for millennia and relying on recognizing the actual pattern of life that keeps dragging us back to the animal, its cause, as well as that which can finally break us free.
The only piece of it all that still mystifies me is my adamancy that all of the current pursuits of glory are frivolous. I never had the slightest interest, even though I could have succeeded so easily in any number of directions. The goals were frivolous and the pursuit of those goals tacky.
Expression
It seems to me that being human is about expressing oneself. We learn from birth to express ourselves with words. That is certainly what music is all about. None of it is not enough on its own. It is easy to let the words become a distorted expression of our existence, if our Humanity is not reinforced as we age.
Now, we must learn to express ourselves in the most intimate manner. While we have been attempting to do so since the beginning, we have allowed the most natural expression of our love to remain stunted. It has made any real expression of that love off-center, unfulfilled.
It is a far more complex expression of our existence than what we have achieved so far for a number of reasons. First of all, it does not even become possible until we have attained puberty. Secondly, it takes the effort of a human couple to do so rather than succumbing to the animal's weaknesses of stupour and instincts.
From that point, we finally learn to express ourselves as a sentient race. This may seem trivial. I am fairly certain it is more significant than anyone can imagine. Fusion will be stunning.
As I wrote somewhere else, most of prehumanity loses their ability to express themselves at all as the years wear on without fulfillment.
One person brought this to light and life for me. Our ability to express ourselves should be in every movement, in every expression on our faces, even in our bodily movements. Most are encased in frozen armour. Worse yet, our sentient senses are dulled by the stupour. While we may recognize all of the expressions of life, we cannot interpret them correctly. Lies are swallowed whole.
We are a long way from gaining that level of expressionisms.
Educating the heart
If you haven't read the aphorisms lately, I have added Aristotle's quote. "Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all."
We have not educated the heart one iota over the millennia since we had our first cogent thought. We have tried all along but something was always missing. Now we know what that is. Or, at least, I do.
"Coming of age angst"
Isn't it weird that we seem to lose all memory of, or edit extensively, the coming of age angst? Instead, we box it up and put it away as 'growing up' (which we have never done) instead of perceiving what really happened during that age as we are achieving puberty. We delete any horror of realizing it did not live up to expectations. The worse the horror, the more tightly it is boxed up and justified. The eventual reactions to the horrors are even more horrifying. It blindsides everyone and we walk away even more blind. We shrug our shoulders and make do.
Artifacts
You can't imagine how difficult it is to live among prehuman artifacts with no Human artifacts yet to develop.
